North Coast Orthodontics is a family-owned orthodontic office seeking a motivated and reliable front office team member. Located in Capitola, CA, with a second office in Scotts Valley, CA.
Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, answering multi-line phones, scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, communicating with dental offices, and assisting with patient intake and financial contracts.
Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong verbal skills. Dedication to excellent service and patient care is essential.
Additional qualifications:
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm with minimal errors
- Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus
