Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Manufacturing Tech II, III to join their client's innovative team in California. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in manufacturing processes and are looking to grow within a dynamic company. The position requires working collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and increase efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all manufacturing activities.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
Monday through Friday
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Salary detailsSalary Range: $20 - $34 per hour
