Manufacturing Tech II or III

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Manufacturing Tech II, III to join their client's innovative team in California. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in manufacturing processes and are looking to grow within a dynamic company. The position requires working collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing activities.

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and increase efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all manufacturing activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Monday through Friday

$20.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Salary Range: $20 - $34 per hour
