Manufacturing Planner

Summary of

Job Duties:

Work closely with the Manufacturing Planning & Production, Pilot, R&D, Purchasing and Quality departments to expedite the flow of quality work orders into manufacturing. Manage raw materials.

Specific

Job Duties:

Create and manage cGMP/FDA compliant batch records/MMR’s throughout the review process to Production, including Red Zone and Intellect requirements as needed.

Check production orders for accuracy and format, run size, priority, and assign and manage inventory.

Work with Pilot, R&D, Planning, Quality departments to assure correct, compliant batch records/MMR’s.Check lots for deviated materials, adjust batches as needed, and maintain deviation database.

Generate deviations as needed for materials, manage order inventory for shortages and expiration dates.

Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.

Develop product rework MMRs in coordination with Pilot, MFG, and Quality departments

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Production/planning experience

Knowledge of Excel and ERP applications

Ability to learn and apply Navision, Red Zone and AFP production planning systems.

Fluent in English and good cross-departmental communications skills

Experience with Microsoft office and related applications

Available to work overtime and weekends

Skills and/or Training Desired:

Navision experience a plus Attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills

Must be ready and willing to work with a fast-paced production team Strong Math and problem-solving skills
