Your RoleAs the Chef de Partie - Pâtissier
, you lead daily pastry production while mentoring junior culinary staff. You work closely with the Chef Pâtissier, Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine to deliver consistent excellence across desserts, baked goods, and specialty pastry offerings.

.
- Lead daily pastry production and assigned section operations
- Supervise and mentor junior pastry and prep staff
- Execute desserts and baked goods to brand and quality standards
- Assist with menu development, plating design, and presentation
- Ensure FIFO, sanitation, allergen control, and food safety
- Manage pastry station prep, inventory, and storage
- Support purchasing, receiving, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain proper food temperatures and handling
- Participate in monthly creative development sessions
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as scheduled
- Collaborate across savory and pastry teams
- 5-7 years of professional culinary/pastry experience
- At least 3 years in a lead pastry or production role
- Strong technical pastry and baking foundation
- Leadership potential with mentoring capability
- Excellent organization and time management
- Commitment to quality, sanitation, and creative growth
- California Food Handler's Card required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work varied schedules
