Cattle Technical Support​/Nutritionist

• Salary up to $155,000
• Target bonus of $40,000

• Collaborate with sales professionals to provide education and solutions for cattle producers
• Assist producers in implementing effective nutrition and management practices
• Lead nutritional services and education efforts for sales teams and dealer groups
• Organize and conduct producer events to demonstrate the profitability of nutritional solutions
  
  Communicate with technical teams to drive innovative research and product development

• PHD/DVM degree in ruminant nutrition or a related field
• 2-5 years of industry and/or university experience
• Proven ability to recommend solutions that support business growth for cattle producers
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% overnight
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience in fieldwork with producers, sales specialists, and feed dealers
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including ration balancing and Office applications
• Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags of feed as needed
• A track record of forming strong working relationships
