• Lead internal audits that evaluate controls, compliance, and asset protection
• Design audit plans, conduct fieldwork, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership
• Support external audits and contribute to special projects like M&A and financial planning
• Influence operational integrity and strategic decisions through audit work

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and travel up to 20% annually

• This is a full-time position with travel required up to 20% of the time (approximately one night per week; trips up to 6 hours one way)
• Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
