Medical Technologist​/Medical Laboratory Tech; MT​/MLT

Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician.

As an RWHS Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, you will:

• Be responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing.
• Follow standard operating procedures and make certain laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Be responsible for accurately performing clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods
• Documents all quality control activities, instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal test results and follow established policies of notification and documentation of these abnormal results.

You may be a good fit if you are:

• Associate’s Degree from a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• Bachelor's Degree with completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program, or Bachelor's Degree & one to two years of Medical Laboratory Scientist experience/training acceptable to the ASCP or AMT
• Able to meet all personnel requirements for testing personnel under CLIA 88
