COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position. Our clinicians are credentialed to use our approved system, which is recognized by JCAHO. We offer innovative programs such as our older-adult Model of Care, Freedom Through Functionality, and the Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM) program.

• Perform evaluations and develop effective patient treatment plans.
• Implement medically prescribed therapy treatments to restore, compensate, or adapt for patient function loss.

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program or hold a current license in the practice state.
• Problem-solving skills appropriate for the role.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to relate professionally and positively with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet all health and regulatory requirements.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Own transportation to travel between sites as needed.
• Proficient in computer skills necessary for the role.
