LIQUOR CLERK- -Scottsbluff Wine & Spirits

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Liquor Clerk to join our team at Scottsbluff Wine & Spirits in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. As a clerk, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

• Customer Service:
  Greeting customers, providing assistance, and point-of-sale procedures.
• Inventory and Stocking:
  Restock shelves, assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
• Store Maintenance:
  Keeping the store clean and organized and ensuring the checkout area is clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all liquor laws and store policies as well as following cash handling procedures.

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Basic knowledge of alcohol products is preferred or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
