Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. They conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise set‑up and maintenance, and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.

• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to achieve business priorities: receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set‑up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed for all areas.
• Learn how operational procedures—such as setting up and organizing merchandise—impact inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the entire store, and specifically in your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests) while maintaining compliance culture, including federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
