21st Century Equipment LLC is looking for an experienced problem solver to tackle various mechanical and electrical challenges as our full-time Service Technician. Now's your time to flex your repair and maintenance skills as you work on various John Deere and agricultural equipment!
GREAT PAY
Depending on experience, you earn $24.00 - $40.00/hour. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus, overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan!

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
- Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license
- Formal John Deere training (JDU)
- 10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
- Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
- 5 years of Ag Technician or equivalent experience.
Our Service Technician is crucial to our success, performing repairs and reconditioning services on diesel engines and equipment. Working on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, you maintain a safe environment as you tackle a wide range of tasks. You use specialized tools and equipment to assist you as well as participate in ongoing training programs to always be improving and taking your mechanical skills to the next level.
Safety and precision are crucial, and you take pride in completing top-notch diesel repairs.
