We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented contract installer in the Scottsbluff, Nebraska area to help us serve our growing customer base.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a flexible, as-needed schedule based on available installation jobs. Work volume will vary depending on customer demand and the geographic area you are willing to cover. Contractors who are open to traveling to surrounding communities and regional job sites may have access to additional opportunities.

• Install window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies.

• Follow installation instructions, work orders, and customer specifications carefully.

• Take accurate measurements and ensure installations are completed correctly.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and find practical solutions.

• Communicate professionally with customers and help explain installation details when needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Represent Atlas Installers positively through professional appearance, respectful communication, and quality workmanship.

• Previous installation, construction, or related hands-on experience preferred; training may be available for dependable candidates who are willing to learn.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and following installation directions.

• Familiarity with common hand and power tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.

• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to safely use ladders and lift or carry installation materials.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

• Willingness to travel to job sites in Scottsbluff and surrounding areas, with additional regional travel as agreed upon.

• Ability to provide your own tools.

• Piece-rate compensation: Contractors are paid based on a percentage of completed jobs. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the contracting process.

• Training and guidance may be provided as needed, with field trainers helping coordinate training.

• Flexible work opportunities based on job availability and the areas you are willing to cover.
