Remote, Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level, Finance and Sales.

We need an Experienced Loan Officer with REAL SKILLS.

We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy professional who thrives in a fast‑paced mortgage environment and can lead a team.

• Structure and support loan applications from receipt through closing.
• Mentor and coach the 6 new loan officers who joined within the last 30 days.
• Build and lead a team of loan officers to meet production goals.
• Run pipelines, generate leads, build relationships, and provide coaching.
• Provide back‑end support and training to ensure high quality file structuring.

• Experience in Consumer, Government, and Non‑QM transactions.
• Processor experience (decent, but not required).
• Fluent in DU/LP.
• Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie processes.
• Winning, resilient attitude and relentless work ethic.
• Able to lead and mentor a growing team.
• Capable of teaching file structuring and training staff.

I’ll be your wingman. With 18 loan officers already under my wing, you’ll join an elite, supportive environment. I run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. Your mission is to become the back‑end warrior for the team.
