Physical Therapist | Bridgeport, Alabama | PRN
Mid South Rehab Services, Inc. is hiring Licensed Physical Therapists to work on a PRN basis with our Therapy Team in Bridgeport, Alabama. The setting is a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in the skilled nursing setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Current unrestricted professional license to practice Physical Therapy.
- Graduate from an APTA-accredited school with a Bachelors or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, oral, and written communication skills.
- Participation in 401(k) plan with company match.
- Annual opportunity for Active PRN Employees to earn CEUs.
