Responsibilities- Conduct and oversee the daily operations related to turfgrass care, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscaping
- Primary goal is to ensure that the course is in excellent condition, providing a high-quality playing surface for golfers
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, considering factors like weather conditions, play schedules, and budget constraints
- Providing guidance and training to course maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are performed efficiently
- Assist in long‑term planning, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the course's aesthetics, playability, and sustainability
- Work closely with Director of Golf Operations and General Manager to create an exceptional golfing experience for players while maintaining the ecological integrity of the course
- Abide by the job description and responsibilities presented by the Board of Directors
- Pesticide Application License or the ability to retain one - Required
- Class B Certification by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America - Required
- Valid Driver's License – Required
Additional Salary Information: negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience
