Overview

Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and experienced RNs to join our healthcare team. Located at 412 West Cloverdale Rd., Scottsboro, Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

• Assess residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents for adverse reactions, and provide education on medication management and side effects.
• Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
• Document resident assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.
