Pay: $40/hr-$45/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | In-Office | Some additional hours as needed

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume donation entry into Quick Books Online
• Line-item tracking for all incoming donations
• Processing outgoing scholarship check payments
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting annual audit preparation
• Supporting Department of Revenue reporting
• Maintaining extreme accuracy under high volume

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Quick Books Online
• Strong 10-key and fast, accurate typing
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to sit, focus, and process transactions for long periods
• Must pass a background check
