About the Role

Prosidium Warranty & Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our growing Mexico market. This entry level, in-office role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important part in supporting our Accounting and Operations teams and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Enter data to record sold warranty contracts and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
• Reconcile cash activity to contract activation reports to support financial integrity.
• Provide inbound support to dealership partners.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to help the Accounting and Operations departments.

• Fluency in English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail paired with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous accounting experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
