Senior Tax Manager

Position Title

Sr. Tax Manager - REMOTE (must be based in AZ) - $150k-175k DOE

This role will supervise multiple staff and will provide consultative, strategy, and compliance tax solutions. This opportunity will allow the candidate to be involved with their clients throughout the year and have complete visibility of tax‑triggering consequences and will provide tax consulting advisory services. This role will be high profile with the ability to participate in two separate bonus programs.

• Tax Compliance:
  Prepare and review complex federal, multi‑state, and consolidated returns (corporate, S‑Corp, partnership, and individual).
• Sign returns (CPA or EA required).
• Advisory, Consulting, and Strategy:
  Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services; support financial statement preparation and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner with leadership on client strategy and cross‑functions projects.

• 5+ years of public accounting or tax advisory experience.
• Experience with preparation and review of federal and multi‑state tax returns (partnership, individual, C‑Corp and S‑Corp).
• CPA or EA required.
