We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a privately held Family Office supporting multiple real estate, operating, and investment entities. • Own the full-cycle general ledger accounting process across operating and real estate entities
• Review and prepare financial statements, monthly closings, and reconciliations
• Collaborate closely with the Controller to implement and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Senior and Staff Accountants
• Manage AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and construction / development accounting
• Identify discrepancies and resolve irregularities with a sharp analytical eye
• Contribute to project analysis, budget management, and forecasting
• Support tax compliance efforts, including federal, state, and local filings
• Work on special projects including audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting

• 3+ years of general accounting experience required
• Background in real estate and / or development is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (CS Fixed Assets a bonus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills; confident with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset
