Job Details

We are looking for good Staff and Senior Accountants to join our growing accounting teams. The ideal candidate will come with 3-5+ years experience, ideally within residential or commercial real estate backgrounds.

Some duties/responsibilities will include:

Performs accounting functions under manager supervision including job costing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
Handles monthly entries in accounting software
Assists with monthly draws for assigned portfolio
Reconciles bank accounts and records banking activity
Analyzes general ledger accounts and reconciles loans monthly
Processes reimbursements to affiliate entities and projects
Prepares accounting, asset management, and overhead billing
Creates and posts allocation/reimbursement entries
Produces monthly financial statements with supporting documentation
Supports ad hoc projects as needed
