As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Team! Mark-Taylor is hiring an Portfolio Accountant to join our Accounting Team!

Our corporate office is located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ. You will work closely with a strong team of Managers of Community Operations and Managing Directors of Multifamily Investments, to produce accurate, and insightful information for our investors and owners.

• Preparemonthly financial reports.
• Reconcile Balance Sheets.
• Oversee cash management and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preform Cash flow analysis/client distributions.
• Handle draw preparation and review budgets for lease up properties.
• Prepare monthly sales tax returns.
• Auditproperty transactions actual to budget, coordinating with community operations regarding all on site accounting activity, for Month end close.
• Review the General Ledgerand Accounts Payable coding for each community.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

• B.S. In Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Preferably2 years of property management experience working with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to report financial information.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and in writing.
• Resman, Real Page, MRI, YARDI or other property management software proficiency is highly desirable
