About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to our Executive Team. This role is essential to keeping leadership aligned, organized, and focused in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and comfortable handling important information while anticipating needs and solving problems independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site evaluations for the Executive Team
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals, and leadership materials
  • Take meeting notes and track follow‑ups, action items, and deadlines
  • Handle information with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Support executive initiatives, special projects, and research
  • Provide on‑site, day‑to‑day support to leadership and office operations
  • Travel onsite to client locations to map and design security systems based on direction from leadership
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and working with an iPad
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executive teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, security systems, or technical sales environments
  • Project management or operations experience
