Job Description
Mailroom / Digital Print Operator
We are seeking a reliable Mailroom / Digital Print Operator to work in a fast‑paced production environment. This role involves digital printing on high‑volume printers, folding and inserting documents, processing mail, and meeting strict daily deadlines while handling sensitive healthcare information.
Responsibilities- Operate large production printers and inserter machines
- Verify print jobs against documentation
- Fold, insert, and prepare mail for postage
- Perform general mailroom duties throughout the shift
- Meet tight turnaround times in a 24/7 operation
- Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDFs
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Prior print or mailroom experience preferred
- Must pass background and drug screening
