Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process. This includes identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their quality and reliability, negotiating terms, and overseeing the creation of long-term relationships with preferred suppliers.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with program objectives.
• Work as the main point of contact on key projects to manage procurement activities.
• Support growth, scalability, and capacity activities with suppliers.
• Ensure early and active involvement with projects to source new suppliers and processes.
• Develop, issue, and manage RFP/RFI for varying business requirements, negotiate, evaluate, select suppliers, and execute contract agreements and purchase orders.
• Facilitate supplier business reviews, performance management, and maintain strategic relationships.
• Proactively segments suppliers and utilizes engagement programs to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Develop category plans including market intelligence, cost reduction plans, supplier relationship and performance management with year over year improvements.

• Ability to partner with leadership, understand organizational vision, objectives and align sourcing initiatives and objectives. Clearly enable success of sourcing and stakeholder organizations.
• Experience with procurement & sourcing process, contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to locate potential suppliers, compare and evaluate in detail, select and onboard new suppliers by successfully negotiating supplier agreements or terms.
• Strategic sourcing skills: SOW development, RFI/RFP/RFI, and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Self‑starter with strong understanding of procurement process and best practices with the ability to adapt, improve processes, and find solutions to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience using advanced concepts and skills as a supply chain/procurement professional.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

• Minimum Salary: $126,000
• Maximum Salary: $176,400
