Pricing Manager

$110k - $130k base + 10% targeted bonus + 3 weeks PTO + 401k matching (100% on first 3% and then 50% on next 2%)

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing Strategy to help develop and execute data-driven pricing initiatives that support profitable growth and enhance business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing methodologies, evaluate market opportunities, and ensure pricing consistency across a complex business environment.

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of pricing strategies and pricing optimization initiatives.
• Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and financial analysis to recommend pricing actions that drive revenue and margin improvements.
• Conduct pricing reviews and performance analyses, identifying opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align pricing decisions with business objectives.
• Maintain pricing governance processes, policies, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Monitor pricing performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Develop business cases and analytical models to support strategic pricing initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting broader pricing and revenue management efforts.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance pricing tools, reporting capabilities, and data quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, commercial strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting pricing strategies, price optimization initiatives, and profitability analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with business intelligence, analytics, or reporting tools.
• Experience with pricing platforms, ERP systems, and large datasets is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
