Operations Management
Run the setter department like it's your own P&L. Our current Setter Manager has been making $8k to $12k per month.
Based on one current manager's earnings. Individual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
What this role actually is.We run two setter teams. One sets appointments for our own sales process, and one sets appointments for our clients. As Setter Manager you own the fulfillment side end to end: the people, the numbers, and the tools.
You recruit, hire, train, and mentor setters, and you manage performance when someone isn't hitting standard. You own the department's numbers, with show rate, call quality, and profitability at the top of the list. Every setter needs to pay for themselves.
Your scorecard:
Show rate, call quality, and cost per qualified show. You report results to leadership regularly.
Your authority:
Hire and fire setters, set commission structures, and pick the tools the department runs on, within your cost envelope.
Your visibility: A live dashboard of department spend and qualified show count, updated daily.
Our current Setter Manager has been making $8k to $12k per month. The department runs as a mini P&L: the leaner and better you run it, the more you earn.

Who we are hiring.2+ years in call center management or sales management.
You carried the phone yourself as a rep or setter before you managed one. Your team will know within a week whether you did.
Comfortable in the numbers: costs, commissions, and comp plans.
A coach strong enough to move an average setter to good and a good setter to great.
High ownership. You don't need to be told what's broken.
Who this is not for. You've never managed reps or setters. This is a management seat, not a first step into leadership.
You managed from a spreadsheet without ever carrying the phone. The people you coach will smell it.
You wait to be told what's broken.
