Pay: $17 - $31 per hour

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

We are a warm, organized family seeking a reliable, calm, and proactive house manager/nanny to support our household and care for our children. This role blends hands‑on childcare with household management and is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and a nurturing, engaged environment.

Two children ages 4 and 3, and occasional care for a 3‑month‑old infant (rare, short periods).

• Morning Support (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
  • Assist children with morning routines (wake‑up, dressing, brushing teeth, hair)
  • Prepare and serve breakfast
  • Pack school items as needed
  • Keep kitchen tidy after the morning rush (wipe counters, empty dishwasher if needed, take out trash/recycling, sweep and mop kitchen/dining area)
  • Drive children to school, ensuring they arrive by 8:50 AM (no exceptions)
• After School Drop‑off, Light Household Tasks
  • Fold and organize laundry
  • Light tidying and resetting of common areas and children’s spaces
  • Vacuum as needed
• Evening Support (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Pick up children from school
  • Prepare and feed dinner
  • Bath children and assist with bedtime routines (pajamas, brushing teeth, winding down)
  • Family dinner at 6:00 PM (you are welcome to eat with us)
  • Assist with light household tasks while keeping children close by for water, bathroom assistance, or additional support
• House Management (Ongoing)
  • Light daily tidying and resetting of common areas and children’s spaces
  • Fold and organize family laundry; iron as needed
  • Empty dishwasher and vacuum as needed
  • Restock diapers and empty diaper pails
  • Collect daily mail, manage packages (unboxing, breaking down boxes, organizing deliveries)
  • Run errands (grocery pickup, dry cleaning, returns, donations, etc.)
  • Monitor household inventory and order supplies via Costco, Amazon, Target, etc.
  • Organize 1–2 areas per week (fridge, pantry, toy bins, closets, clothing drawers)
• Flexibility is appreciated; additional duties may be assigned as needed. This is a long‑term position.

• Minimum 3 professional references
• Background check required
• Proven experience caring for young children
• Calm, patient, loving, attentive demeanor (no yelling or physical discipline)
• Minimal personal phone use while supervising (emergencies only)
• Punctual, dependable; ability to provide advance notice for absences
• Comfortable in home with Ring cameras
• Healthy, reliable, consistent attendance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CPR & First Aid certified
