Temporary Nanny—Hiring Immediately for Kids Home from Daycare

Have fun with the kids, build lasting relationships, keep families safe and productive. Then go to sleep at night knowing you've made a difference.

Kept home from daycare for health and safety, parents still need to focus while they work from home or return to work. Depending on your availability, you'll step in for a few hours or a few days to be a helpful and appreciated assistant to oversee children's care and age-appropriate activities or chores.

You'll be placed with several client families, and you may become someone’s favorite and be requested again. We’ll help you manage your schedule if it becomes too much. If you pay attention to client families’ needs, are on time, follow parent instructions, and are helpful and friendly, you could have first pick of permanent part-time positions as they come up.

If you’ve done babysitting, you can work for us! Any experience you have related to children (daycare, camp counselor, youth group or nursery leader, lifeguard) is valuable. Parents want to know you have experience, so we need to know what others say about your work with kids.

Work with us and the parents and your good deeds may pay you back with new personal or professional resources—helpful if you are planning on building your career.

After phone screen, the first interview is virtual. Onboarding orientation is in-person.

Flexible scheduling: Choose several weekdays that work for you. Most assignments are during daytime working hours.

Locations: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley
