Construction Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes

We’re a luxury home design-build firm in Scottsdale, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who knows how to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, keep projects on track, and make the custom homebuilding and renovation experience enjoyable and seamless for our clients.

This isn’t your average superintendent role—we build and renovate luxury, one-of-a-kind homes for discerning homeowners who expect the best. That means we need someone who brings attention to detail, strong leadership, and a passion for quality to every jobsite.

• Ensuring quality and craftsmanship on every project
• Keeping construction on schedule and budget while exceeding client expectations
• Managing trade partners on site and ensuring compliance with scope and plans
• Reviewing construction documents for potential conflicts, errors, and opportunities to improve efficiency
• Coordinating inspections and maintaining job site safety
• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites always
• Using software like Buildertrend to manage checklists, reports, and job progress
• Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and trades
• Handling other tasks and special projects as they come up

• Five years of residential construction experience, especially in custom/luxury homebuilding and remodeling.
• Strong understanding of design, site development, grading, and drainage.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve construction issues in the field.
• A professional appearance and a calm, confident, can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll work directly with homeowners, internal staff, and subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common programs.
• Organizational skills and good time management.
• Commitment to doing your work well both for our customers and your teammates.
