Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr.
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Videographer who excels in shooting and creating short‑form video content for social media influencers, as well as occasional long‑form projects. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, captures authentic moments from unscripted interactions, and is deeply committed to producing engaging, entertaining clips.
As a key member of our creative team, you will grow the visibility and social media presence of our executive leadership and brand by capturing, editing, and delivering high‑quality video content for digital distribution.
Responsibilities- Capture high‑quality, short‑form video content on‑site and during travel (e.g., behind‑the‑scenes footage, day‑in‑the‑life content, office culture, and live events).
- Produce and edit videos for social media (Reels, You Tube Shorts) and longer‑form content (You Tube, training sessions, vlogs, recap videos).
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with brand strategy and goals.
- Listen attentively to meetings, interactions, and live moments to identify quotes, stories, or unscripted soundbites worth turning into content.
- Maintain equipment and manage file organization, backups, and storage.
- Act in alignment with company values, brand voice, and compliance standards at all times.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism when filming sensitive content or private environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or influencer video editing.
- Strong understanding of social‑first content formats, trends, and best practices across Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.
- Ability to edit quickly and thoughtfully with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention strategy.
- Experience directing on‑camera talent and working independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Experience creating personal brand or influencer‑style content.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
Provide a link to Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, or other social media account where you have produced videos; link directly to the video(s) on the profile you did directly.
Knowledge of digital marketing, direct response media, or brand building.
