The Sewer/Presser provides quality sewing and pressing services while delivering excellent customer service. This seasonal role completes alteration tasks according to store standards and customer needs.
Responsibilities- Complete sewing and pressing tasks according to guidelines and service standards.
- Manage workload, follow through on customer needs, and complete items on time.
- Meet productivity goals and follow proper processes and procedures.
- Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs.
- Collaborate with the alterations and store teams.
- Previous sewing and pressing experience; 2-3 years preferred.
- Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
