Commis Pastry, part time. Depwah, Scottsdale, Arizona.
Depwah produces viennoiserie, coffee, and stone-milled ceremonial matcha for weekend pickup in Scottsdale and nationwide shipping, while a permanent location is being built in Old Town Scottsdale. We are hiring a Commis Pastry for our prep kitchen in north Scottsdale.
The role covers shaping, proofing, baking, finishing, and boxing the viennoiserie that goes out in our weekend pickup boxes. Precision and consistency matter more than speed.
Schedule is three early morning shifts, Thursday through Saturday, fifteen to twenty hours a week, at twenty one dollars an hour.
You bring early morning discipline, clean habits, real attention to detail, and at least a year in a pastry or bakery kitchen. Culinary students are welcome. Must be eighteen or older.
You join a small, focused team working to French technique, on a product you will be proud to put your name on.
