Mountain House Lodge at Sereno Canyon is excited to announce an opportunity for Gate Host Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to guests.

• Lead schedule and train team of gate host associates.
• Accurately control gate access for residents, guests, and vendors to the resort-style community.
• Check all guests into the resort-style community based on established procedures.
• Promote ownership activities and special events in the community and Mountain House Lodge.
• Provide accurate and complete information about the community, resort, and surrounding areas.
• Answer guest questions and provide accurate directions to all points of interest inside the community.
• Activate the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather, or medical emergency.
• Maintain accurate and reliable logs and records of daily activities and resident/guest/vendor interactions of note.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job.
• Knowledge of Gate Pass Systems and Microsoft applications is a plus.
