JOB DESCRIPTION:

The valet is the first and last impression for each guest that arrives at the establishment. This vital team member must possess a friendly disposition, the ability to problem solve and create a plan while having great attention to detail. Those who are great team players, but able to work independently thrive in this position.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF APPROVED VALET DRIVERS:

• Excel is customer service
• Create a customer-friendly atmosphere with effective communication
• Treat each vehicle with extreme care and caution
• A positive and friendly attitude that will leave a positive lasting impression
• Team player
• Ability to problem solve
• Maintain crisp and clean appearance
• Assure the parking areas are clean and free of debris
• Report items that need to be addressed by management
• Ensure completion of daily checklist
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Ability to pass background and drug testing
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be at least 19 years of age, although 22 years of age is preferred, with ability to produce an MVR
• Must possess valid state driver's license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA).
• Cannot have a major
  * or capitol
  ** violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• High School diploma/GED required
• Previous valet experience preferred
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
