Job Description Overview

Join our patient-centered team in a friendly, positive dental office as a Dental Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient administrative support.

• Greet and check in patients, verify appointments, and manage front desk operations
• Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and schedule appointments across a six-day schedule (Monday through Saturday)
• Maintain patient records, update insurance information, and process billing
• Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a patient-centered approach

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic office equipment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Competitive hourly pay: $19 - $25 per hour
