Position Overview As a Pediatric Dental Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, welcoming them, and efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail will uphold our reputation for quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Engagement:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional service and addressing needs promptly. - Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the calendar, scheduling follow‑up appointments and adapting to unique needs. - Communication:
Communicate with patients, families, and team members in person, over the phone, and via email/text. - Patient
Education:
Provide basic information about treatments and triage dental emergencies by phone. - Treatment Presentation:
Clearly present and explain proposed treatments, addressing questions to ensure understanding. - Financials:
Handle financial transactions and assist with payment plans as needed. - Problem Solving:
Resolve patient concerns professionally and empathetically.

Compensation Package (30+ hrs)
- Hourly rate $21‑$24

Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or dental coordinator role preferred but not required
