We’re seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team-oriented practice. If you have 3+ years of front-desk experience, strong dental insurance knowledge, and a patient-centered mindset, you’ll thrive in our state-of-the-art environment.

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
• Handle phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Maintain organized patient records and treatment plans

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental receptionist
• Deep understanding of dental insurance policies, verification, and claims processing
• Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred (training available)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday (part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future)
• Consistent hours to support patient scheduling and front-desk operations
