Expanded Duties Assistant Team-Oriented, State-of--Art Practice

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Assistant with at least 1 year of dental assisting experience to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care using state‑of‑the‑art technology in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
• Take and develop digital X-rays
• Fabricate temporary crowns and perform coronal polishing
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory supplies

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
• Current dental assistant certification and radiography license (as required by state)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, materials, and infection control standards
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday
• Flexible hours to accommodate patient needs

• Hourly pay range: $17 - $23 per hour
