We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of dental office experience and a passion for our mission of comprehensive patient care. We value self-motivation, positive energy, and dependability. This role has the potential for leadership and mentorship opportunities as our practice expands.

• Support the front office to ensure an efficient and comprehensive patient experience.
• Manage productive hygiene and doctor schedules for multiple practitioners using a schedule-to-goal strategy.
• Oversee patient communications to effectively schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Collect and organize patient medical histories and insurance details.
• Ensure insurance verifications and authorizations are completed before patient visits.
• Support the financial department with treatment plan descriptions and patient collections.
• Provide ad hoc support to the back-office team when necessary.

• 1+ years of Dental Front Office Experience (Required)
• Experience with Dentrix and Modento (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Strong customer service and patient-oriented skills.

• Competitive compensation of $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a part-time position. Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability is required.
