About the Role

Join our dedicated team at ATX Dental Studio as an Experienced Dental Assistant! We are seeking a skilled and organized professional who is passionate about patient care and enjoys a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our clinical team, providing chairside support to our doctors, ensuring the efficiency of our daily operations, and mentoring other dental assistants.

• Provide four‑handed dental assistance to our dentists across a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatrics.
• Perform clinical tasks such as taking digital X‑rays and 3D scans, monitoring patient vital signs, and adhering to the highest standards of infection control.
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records, with a preference for those familiar with Dentrix software.
• Clearly communicate pre‑ and post‑operative instructions and treatment plans to patients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
• Oversee the sterilization of dental instruments and maintain clean, well‑organized operatories.

• An experienced dental assistant with a thorough understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
• Proficient in taking X‑rays, with bonus points for experience with 3D scanning technology.
• An excellent communicator with a talent for providing outstanding patient care.
• A reliable, team‑oriented individual with natural leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or other EMR systems is a significant plus.
