Join our friendly, growth-oriented orthodontic team as a full-time Dental Receptionist. We’re a traveling practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Role:
  Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of dental or orthodontic front office experience
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, full time
• Travel:
  Support our traveling orthodontic team

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and update contact information
• Process insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic front office role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Preferably with Cloud9 experience management software
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a growth-oriented environment

• Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $22 per hour
