• Perform dental cleanings, exams, and preventive care procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Record accurate patient histories and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols.

• Valid Maryland dental hygiene license.
• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
• National Board Dental Hygiene Examination Certification.
• Jurisprudence Exam.
• CPR Certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
