- Be the first and best impression—on the phone and in person
- Problem-solve like a pro when things get busy or messy
- Translate treatment plans into clear, confident conversations
- Execute systems and SOPs to keep the practice humming
- Work closely with the dentist and team to align with the bigger vision
- Keep the schedule flowing (even on those tricky days)

- Confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Independent and self-starting—no hand-holding needed
- Great under pressure, resilient, and cool-headed
- Communicates with clarity, kindness, and professionalism
- Obsessed with follow-through and execution
- Open-minded and adaptable (super rigid folks won’t thrive here)
- 2+ years of working in a dental practice
- Strong organizational and tech skills
- Ability to bring energy to the team and inspire others to step up
