Dental Receptionist Health & Vision & PTO

Position Overview

Join our patient-centered dental practice as a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front-desk operations in a team-oriented environment.

• Greet patients warmly and manage check‑ins/check‑outs
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
• Maintain accurate patient records and dental software entries
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical reception role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfort with dental practice management software and basic computer applications
• Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor

• Monday through Friday (full‑time)
• Competitive hourly rate: $16 – $24 per hour, based on experience
