• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑ups
• Verify dental insurance coverage and process claims
• Process insurance payments
• Handle patient records, billing, and payments accurately
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and support staff
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with administrative duties to support practice efficiency

• 3+ years of dental receptionist or front‑desk experience
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities
