About the opportunity

Integrity Pain & Wellness is an established, high-volume, four-location private interventional pain practice in Arizona. We are seeking fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Pain Physicians for a bread-and-butter, procedure-only position, full-time or part-time.

Highlights
  • 100% procedure-based: no office visits or clinic consults required

  • Two procedure suites at each clinic location

National candidates who are eligible and willing to practice in Arizona are welcome to apply.

Our clinics are in Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Prescott. Clinic assignment is based on fit, availability, and practice need; the role does not require rotating through all four locations. Tell us which clinic(s) you prefer when you apply.

Our practice is procedure-focused and patient-centered. We deliver fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided care for spine, joint, and nerve pain, with an emphasis on treating pain at its source and minimizing long-term opioid reliance.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
Qualifications
  • Comfortable with a high-volume schedule of 30+ procedures per day across two procedure suites
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
