At Little Medical School, we inspire the next generation of healthcare heroes! Our hands‑on programs introduce children to the exciting world of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, veterinary science, and more - using real medical tools and interactive curriculum designed to spark curiosity and confidence.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging instructors to lead fun, educational, and interactive classes for children ages 4‑12. As an Instructor, you’ll bring our curriculum to life by guiding students through hands‑on activities, role‑playing, and learning experiences that build an early interest in healthcare and science careers.

• Teach classes at schools, community centers, after‑school programs, camps, or special events
• Deliver a prepared curriculum using provided teaching materials and real medical tools (stethoscopes, gloves, lab coats, etc.)
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Set up and clean up class materials before and after each session
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and Little Medical School leadership
• Travel locally to class locations (reliable transportation required)
• Maintain student safety and class control at all times

• Passion for working with children and helping them learn through hands‑on experiences
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Responsible, dependable, and organized
• Previous experience working with kids in education, healthcare, or recreation is a plus
• Background in education, science, healthcare, or a related field preferred (but not required)
