As a Systems Engineer for the SDA GMI program, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art ground operational systems. Your contributions will be vital to the success and innovation of the program.

Role and objectives: You will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art ground operational systems.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire (but not required). Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

  Documentation of system designs, configurations, and procedures
• Programming and Tools: Java, Python, MATLAB; software developer coordination, system analysis, prototype development
• Simulation and Modeling: Tools like STK; aerospace applications

Role supports on-site SDA team operations when applicable.

  : $50.00/hr - $57.69/hr
