Scottsdale, AZ Onsite | Full-Time, Direct Hire | $100,000-$125,000 annually
About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects nationwide. This hybrid position allows flexibility to work both onsite and remotely from the Scottsdale area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage land/site development, roadway, water, sewer, and drainage projects.
- Oversee project planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve project challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred).
- 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, and related tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with land development projects preferred.
- Lead impactful, high‑visibility projects.
- Work with a collaborative, growth‑focused team.
